Our decoration capabilities
Screen printing. From single-color designs to complex multi-color prints, we handle both small runs and large-volume orders on apparel, bags, and promotional products.
Direct-to-garment (DTG). Full-color digital printing for photo-quality designs and small-quantity orders where screen printing isn't cost-effective.
Laser engraving. Precision engraving on drinkware (our specialty), wood, leather, acrylic, and metal. Our Polar Camel drinkware line includes 15+ SKUs of tumblers, wine cups, and water bottles.
UV printing. Direct-to-substrate printing on hard goods — phone cases, awards, signage, and specialty items that can't go through a traditional press.
Sublimation. Full-wrap, edge-to-edge printing on polyester garments and coated hard goods. Ideal for all-over-print apparel and custom drinkware.
Why we built BrandLift Product Personalizer
We tried every product customization app on Shopify. None of them worked for an actual production shop.
The files weren't production-ready. Most customizer apps generate files that look fine on screen but fall apart in production — wrong DPI, incorrect color spaces, no separation layers. Every order required manual file cleanup before we could run it. That's 5-10 minutes per order we shouldn't have been spending.
Percentage-based pricing made no sense. Our custom tumblers sell for $35-$50. Apps charging 1.7-1.9% per sale were taking $0.60-$0.95 per order — and that's on a drinkware item. For apparel at higher price points, the fees were even worse. We needed flat pricing that didn't penalize us for selling quality products.
Nobody understood storefronts. We have schools, gyms, and businesses that reorder branded merch regularly. They needed their own private storefront — not a link to our public catalog. No customization app offered this.
Bundles were impossible. A spirit wear package of hoodie + hat + sticker with size and color options needs 300+ variant combinations. Shopify caps at 100. Every app said "that's a Shopify limitation." We said "then build around it."
So we built BrandLift Product Personalizer to solve these exact problems. And we didn't build it in theory — we built it while processing hundreds of orders a week through the system.

Kodiak POD is our print-on-demand fulfillment service available to all BrandLift Product Personalizer users. We produce and ship custom drinkware from our Green Bay facility:
