What happens if I go over my included orders?
Overage orders are charged at the plan's overage rate ($1.00 on Starter, $0.50 on Pro, $0.25 on Scale). There's no service interruption — orders continue processing normally, and overage charges appear on your next billing cycle. If you consistently exceed your plan's included orders, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective.
Are Kodiak POD fulfillment costs separate from BrandLift subscription?
Yes. BrandLift's subscription covers the customization app (design tools, file generation, storefronts). Kodiak POD fulfillment (the physical product cost + shipping) is billed separately via Stripe when orders are produced. This follows the same model as Printify or Printful — the app is one cost, the physical product is another.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through the Shopify app management interface. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrades prorate immediately.
