What happens if I go over my included orders?
Overage orders are charged at the plan's overage rate ($0.75/order on Basic, $0.50/order on Scale). There's no service interruption — orders continue processing normally, and overage charges appear on your next billing cycle. If you consistently exceed 260 orders/month on Basic, upgrading to Scale is more cost-effective. At 540+ orders/month, Enterprise's unlimited plan is the best value.
Are Kodiak POD fulfillment costs separate from BrandLift subscription?
Yes. BrandLift's subscription covers the customization app (design tools, file generation, storefronts). Kodiak POD fulfillment (the physical product cost + shipping) is billed separately via Stripe when orders are produced. This follows the same model as Printify or Printful — the app is one cost, the physical product is another.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through the Shopify app management interface. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrades prorate immediately.
How does storefront pricing work?
